You and Art Framing Buddy agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of California.

Termination of Agreement

Art Framing Buddy has the right to terminate any service agreement, including the ending of services that are already underway; or

While using Art Framing Buddies’ software, you restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Service; or

Post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or in any way exploit any information, software or other material obtained through the Service for commercial purposes (other than as expressly permitted by the provider of such information, software or other material); or

Posting of any forms of pornographic material whether it be for sale or any other reason; or

Upload, post, publish, reproduce, transmit or distribute in any way any component of the Service itself or derivative works with respect thereto, as the Service is copyrighted.

Refund Policy

The client may cancel the contract any time by submitting in writing (or email) a 30 day notice of cancelation.

No refunds shall be offered for setup fees.

No refund shall be offered for the 19.95 basic package.

A refund will be issued for any prepaid amount not used in the Elite package minus a 10 percent cancelation fee.
