- Q: Can I purchase
TM software?
You can not purchase this product. It is internet driven and is located on an offsite
server. This allows us to maintain and update the software as needed. The software
is available by subscription only
- Q: How long will
my information and data basses be maintained?
A: We will maintain and update all design and product databases, for as long as
you maintain your subscription to Art Framing Buddy.
- Q: I want to
begin a subscription for the software, what do I need to do to get started?
A: All you will need is a credit card for your first month's subscription. Call
one of our sales consultants at (949)878-6985 to place your order. Upon subscribing,
you can start using the program immediately after we either integrate the software
to your present website, or if you do not have a website we will supply you with
a basic website that is included in your one time set up fee.
- Q: If I decide
to sign up for a subscription, can I cancel at any time?
A: Yes. client may cancel the contract any time by submitting in writing (or email)
a 30 day notice of cancelation. No refunds shall be offered for setup fees or The
Basic package, but a refund will be issued for any prepaid amount not used in the
Elite package minus a 10 percent cancelation fee.
- Q: Can I request
a new feature?
A: Your input and comments are important to us. We are dedicated to consistently
improving our software, so as to be able to provide our clients with the best product
available.
- Q: What I need
to do when venders changed their prices?
A: You do not need to do any thing. Art Framing Buddy pricing system will automatically
update prices for you.
- Q: Can the software
printout workorders with all dimensions?
A: Yes. Along with dimensions it will also include the finish design image.
- Q: Can I conduct
slideshows from my designs?
A: Yes you can. You can also binding musics to your slide slideshow.
